摘要
目的探讨“1+N”延续护理模式对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者的护理效果。方法便利选取2023年1月—2024年1月烟台市蓬莱第二人民医院就诊的98例DM患者,以不同护理方法分组,每组49例。对照组接受常规护理模式,而研究组则接受“1+N”延续护理模式。对比两组生活质量评分、血糖水平、并发症发生率。结果相比于对照组护理后,研究组生活质量评分均更高,糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平、并发症发生率均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论“1+N”延续护理模式用于糖尿病患者,可降低血糖水平、提高生活质量、安全性较高。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of"1+N"continuous nursing mode on patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods A total of 98 patients with DM who were treated in Penglai Second People′s Hospital of Yantai from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into groups with different nursing methods,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing mode,while the study group received"1+N"continuous nursing mode.The quality of life score,blood glucose level and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group after nursing,the quality of life scores in the study group were all higher,and the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,and the incidence of complications were all lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The"1+N"continuous nursing mode applied to diabetic patients can lower blood sugar levels,improve quality of life and has relatively high safety.
