乡村振兴战略背景下城乡普惠性学前教育公共服务一体化的机遇、困境与对策

摘要 在乡村振兴战略的大背景下,研究城乡普惠性学前教育公共服务的一体化发展至关重要。通过深入剖析,文章首先明确了普惠性学前教育公共服务具有经济可承受性、空间便利性等关键特征,进而阐明推动其城乡一体化发展意义深远。当前,虽面临政策执行不力、资源整合艰难、师资建设滞后以及由此导致的教育质量堪忧等困境,但乡村振兴战略也带来了新的发展机遇。为此,本研究从政策、资源、师资、质量及供给体系等方面提出系统对策,旨在促进城乡学前教育公平发展,为乡村振兴筑牢根基,并最终实现教育的可持续发展。 In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,it is crucial to study the integrated development of public services for inclusive preschool education in urban and rural areas.Through in-depth analysis,the article first clarifies the key characteristics of inclusive preschool education public services,such as economic affordability and spatial convenience,and then elaborates on the profound significance of promoting its urban-rural integration development.Currently,although facing difficulties such as ineffective policy implementation,difficult resource integration,lagging teaching staff construction,and consequent worrying education quality,the rural revitalization strategy has also brought new development opportunities.Therefore,this study proposes systematic countermeasures from the aspects of policies,resources,teachers,quality,and supply system,aiming to promote the equitable development of urban and rural preschool education,lay a solid foundation for rural revitalization,and ultimately achieve sustainable development of education.
