协同论视角下数字赋能师德建设的实践策略

Practical Strategies For Digital Empowerment of Teacher Ethics Construction from the Perspective of Synergetics

摘要 数字赋能师德建设对于当前培育高素质教师队伍、促进教育强国建设至关重要。教育信息化、学习科学与协同论为数字赋能师德建设提供了理论指导。国家智慧教育公共服务平台、“新辅导员上手100问”视频号、“智惠园丁”项目等案例为数字赋能师德建设提供了实践参考。通过建立“GCJT师德协同机制”,改进教育信息化手段与内容,利用场景模拟与共享交互等策略强化系统内外部要素的协同作用,有助于优化数字赋能师德建设的可行性路径。然而,该领域仍处于探索阶段,缺乏基于协同论的系统理论和整体方案;西部及欠发达地区设施设备及技术落后;城乡、区域间教师道德素养存在差异等,制约了数字赋能师德协同体系的整体构建与发展。期待政府、学校、社会及教师四方主体加强协同努力,迎接挑战,推动数字赋能师德建设迈向新台阶。 Digital empowerment of teacher ethics constructing is crucial for cultivating high-quality teaching professionals and advancing the development of an educational powerhouse.Educational informatization,learning sciences,and synergy theory provide the theoretical foundation for digitally empowering teacher ethics development.Practical references for the digital empowerment of teacher ethics construction include cases such as the National Smart Education Public Service Platform,the“100 Questions for New Counselors to Get Started”video account,and the“Wise Educator”program.Establishing the“GCJT Teacher Ethics Synergy Mechanism,”enhancing educational informatization methods and content,and leveraging strategies like scenario simulation and shared interaction can strengthen internal and external synergies within the system.This helps optimize feasible pathways for digitally empowered teacher ethics development.However,this field remains exploratory,lacking systematic theories and comprehensive solutions based on synergy theory.Challenges persist,including outdated facilities and technology in underdeveloped western regions,and disparities in teachers’moral literacy across urban-rural and regional divides,all of which collectively hinder the holistic construction and advancement of a digitally empowered teacher ethics synergy system.It is imperative for governments,schools,society,and educators to strengthen synergistic efforts,overcome these challenges,and propel the dovelopment of digitally empowered teacher ethics to new heights.
