摘要
前庭性偏头痛(vestibular migraine,VM)是一种临床常见的疾病,其特征为反复发作的眩晕。星形胶质细胞关于异常谷氨酸代谢的相关机制可能引发VM,星形胶质细胞通过转运蛋白、离子通道、神经递质的相互作用、谷氨酸-谷氨酰胺循环异常等因素,可导致谷氨酸的异常代谢,导致兴奋性毒性、神经元死亡等,激活丘脑,引发中枢敏化现象,致使前庭-丘脑-皮质水平的多模式信息整合与处理失调。故本文将深入探讨星形胶质细胞异常谷氨酸代谢在VM的发病机制中的具体作用,旨在为VM的治疗提供新的潜在靶点。
Vestibular migraine(VM)is a common clinical disorder characterized by recurrent vertigo attacks.Mechanisms related to abnormal glutamate(Glu)metabolism in astrocytes may trigger VM.Abnormal glutamate metabolism in astrocytes may involve factors including transporters,ion channels,neurotransmitters interactions and abnormal glutamateglutamine cycle,which can lead to excitotoxicity and neuronal death,activate the thalamus,and cause central sensitization phenomenon,resulting in dysregulation of multimodal information integration and processing at the vestibular-thalamus-cortical level.This article provides a comprehensive exploration of the specific role of abnormal glutamate metabolism in astrocytes in the pathogenesis of VM,aiming to provide new potential targets for the treatment of VM.
