摘要
缺血性脑卒中是当前导致人体死亡和残疾的主要神经系统疾病之一,缺血性脑卒中病理机制非常复杂,更是涉及氧化应激、兴奋性毒性、炎症反应、神经细胞凋亡等诸多环节。目前针对缺血性脑卒中的研究已然越发深入,基于缺血性脑卒中的救治手段也越发先进有效,其中丁酸钠作为一种代表性组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂,其所具备的抗炎抗氧抗凋亡的生物学活性在对抗缺血性脑卒中脑损伤中表现出重要应用与研究价值。本文将就丁酸钠在Sirt介导的缺血性脑卒中脑损伤中的作用机制的相关内容进行深入分析和研究。
Ischemic stroke is one of the main neurological diseases that cause death and disability in the human body.The pathological mechanism of ischemic stroke is very complex,involving many links such as oxidative stress,excitotoxicity,inflammatory response,and neuronal apoptosis.At present,research on ischemic stroke has become increasingly in-depth,and the treatment methods based on ischemic stroke have become more advanced and effective.Among them,sodium butyrate,as a representative histone deacetylase inhibitor,has important application and research value in anti ischemic stroke injury due to its anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and anti apoptotic biological activities.This article will conduct in-depth analysis and research on the mechanism of sodium butyrate in Sirt mediated ischemic stroke brain injury.
