代际变迁下旅游消费者行为演变对数字文旅市场的影响研究

Research on the Impact of the Evolution of Tourist Consumer Behavior under Intergenerational Changes on the Digital Cultural Tourism Market

摘要 随着代际变迁,旅游消费者行为变化显著,从单一感官享受转向更注重个性化体验、数字化文旅场景体验及高性价比需求的满足。然而,数字文旅市场出现了产业升级需求与技术应用滞后、产业技术供给活力不足与新生代消费逻辑脱节的双重结构性矛盾等问题。本文通过研究代际变迁下不同世代旅游消费者的群体特征和消费行为的变化规律,揭示其对数字文旅市场发展产生的影响,并提出开发个性化产品、优化体验、加强监管等策略,以有效适应数字文旅市场旅游消费需求侧的改变。 With the generational shift,the behavior of tourism consumers has changed significantly,moving from a focus on single sensory enjoyment to a greater emphasis on personalized experiences,digital cultural and tourism scenarios,and the satisfaction of high cost-performance demands.However,the digital cultural and tourism market has encountered dual structural contradictions such as the lag in technology application despite the need for industrial upgrading,and the disconnection between the insufficient vitality of industrial technology supply and the consumption logic of the new generation.By studying the group characteristics and consumption behavior changes of different generations of tourism consumers under generational shift,this paper reveals the impact on the development of the digital cultural and tourism market and proposes measures such as developing personalized products,optimizing experiences,and strengthening supervision to effectively adapt to the changes in the demand side of the tourism consumption in the digital cultural and tourism market.
