摘要
槲皮素是一种天然黄酮类化合物,主要分布于植物中,具有抗氧化、抗炎及抗菌等生物活性,且在多个领域展现出广泛的应用潜力。在畜牧生产中,槲皮素能调节胃肠道微生物菌群结构,提升瘤胃发酵效率,有效减少甲烷排放量,同时可增强抗氧化应激能力与免疫功能,并通过调控氧化应激通路及生殖轴激素分泌,改善公畜精子质量及母畜卵泡发育。尽管目前针对畜牧生产的系统性研究仍较有限,但槲皮素在绿色养殖、减少环境污染及维护动物健康方面的潜力已初步显现。本文深入探究其作用机制,优化应用策略,为畜牧业可持续发展提供理论支持。
Quercetin is a natural flavonoid compound,mainly distributed in plants,with biological activities such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties,and has shown extensive application potential in multiple fields.In livestock production,quercetin can regulate the structure of gastrointestinal microbial flora,improve rumen fermentation efficiency,and effectively reduce methane emissions.At the same time,it can enhance antioxidant stress resistance capability and immune function,and improve the sperm quality of male livestock and follicle development of female livestock by regulating oxidative stress pathways and hormone secretion of the reproductive axis.Although systematic research on livestock production is still relatively limited now,the potential of quercetin in green breeding,reducing environmental pollution and maintaining animal health has initially emerged.This article deeply explored its mechanism of action,optimized application strategies,and provided theoretical support for the sustainable development of animal husbandry.
