摘要
为了解决平朔露天矿4100XPC电铲切换系统日常维修过程中出现的故障难题,分析了电铲切换系统的控制方式、运行原理和工作特点;通过对切换系统常见故障的进行分析阐述,提出了相应的故障解决办法。结果表明:增加过滤系统散热除尘效果显著,延长了电枢接触器的使用寿命,减少了电气故障,提高了设备可用率。
In order to solve the fault problems in the daily maintenance process of 4100XPC electric shovel switching system in Pingshuo Open-pit Mine,the article analyzes the control mode,operation principle and working characteristics of the electric shovel switching system.Through the analysis and description of common faults of the switching system,the article presents the corresponding troubleshooting methods.The results show that the cooling and dust removal effect of adding filter system is remarkable,which extends the service life of the armature contactor,reduces the electrical failure,and improves the equipment availability.
