摘要
730E矿用自卸卡车牵引回路由GF、P1、MFC 3个机械式接触器控制工作,为了杜绝机械式接触器频繁吸合引起的触点磨损、异物掉入接触器内部卡死接触器等故障,提出了使用性能稳定、具有更快开关速度、故障率低的绝缘栅极双极性晶体管(IGBT)取代原车机械式接触器的方案,以解决730E矿用自卸卡车因接触器故障而引起的其它关联电气故障。通过查阅730E矿用自卸卡车维修手册及其它电气书籍,结果表明IGBT作为一种静态开关取代接触器实施方案可行。
The traction circuit of 730E mine dump truck is controlled by three mechanical contactors, GF, P1 and MFC. In order to eliminate the contact wear caused by frequent suction of mechanical contactors and the faults such as foreign body falling into the contactor and stuck contactor, this article puts forward that the insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) with stable performance,faster switching speed and lower failure rate should be used instead of the mechanical connection of the original truck. The contactor scheme can solve other related electrical faults caused by contactor faults of 730E mine dump truck. By consulting 730E mine dump truck maintenance manual and other electrical books, the results show that IGBT is feasible as a static switch to replace contactor.
