摘要
针对旋转轴系上扭矩扭振传感器供电无线供电问题,设计一种柔性波形接收线圈来实现旋转轴系上传感器的供电。介绍了装置设计思路和工作原理,推导出了无线供电输出电压数学模型。通过仿真软件进行理论计算和电磁学仿真对比分析。仿真结果表明:在低转速直流激励下,转速与产生的感应电压有较强的线性关系,而同等转速下交流激励的电压值更大,验证接收线圈的可行性。再对转子模态仿真分析得出,柔性波形接收线圈的质量更轻,旋转轴的临界速度更高,降低了对旋转轴系动平衡的影响。
To address the issue of wireless power supply for torque torsional vibration sensors on rotating shaft systems,a flexible waveform receiving coil is designed to power the sensors on rotating shaft systems.The design concept and working principle of the device are introduced,and a mathematical model for the output voltage of wireless power supply is derived.Theoretical calculations and electromagnetic simulation comparative analysis are conducted using simulation software.Simulation results indicate that under lowspeed DC excitation,the rotational speed has a strong linear relationship with the induced voltage,and the voltage value under AC excitation is higher at the same rotational speed,verifying the feasibility of the receiving coil.Further,through rotor modal simulation analysis,the flexible waveform receiving coil is lighter in weight and has a higher critical speed for the rotating shaft and reduces the impact on the dynamic balance of the rotating shaft system.
