磁共振超柔线圈在双膝关节同时成像的可行性研究

Feasibility Study of Simultaneous Imaging with Magnetic Resonance Ultra-Flexible Coil in both Knee-Joints

摘要 目的探讨磁共振超柔线圈在双膝关节同时成像的可行性。方法64例行双膝关节MRI扫描的患者,分为两组,每组32例。A组采用单膝硬质线圈分别扫描两侧膝关节,B组采用超柔线圈同时进行双膝关节成像。对两组图像进行主观和客观评价,测量并计算信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR),并进行统计学分析。结果A组和B组在双膝关节成像扫描时间分别为(15.17±2.31)min和(9.31±1.59)min,B组扫描时间明显减少,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。质子加权脂肪抑制序列矢状位(PDWI-FS-SAG)股骨内侧髁与髌下脂肪垫的SNR A组优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);质子加权脂肪抑制序列轴位(PDWI-FS-TRA)在股骨内侧髁、腓肠肌内侧头、髁间窝积液与股骨外侧髁软骨前部的SNR A组优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在双膝关节MRI检查中,使用超柔线圈同时成像在满足诊断的情况下能节省约38%的检查时间。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of simultaneous bilateral knee joints MRI using ultra-flexible coil.Methods 64 patients underwent MRI scan of both knee joints and were divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.In group A,a rigid coil was used to scan both knee joints,and in group B,an ultra-flexible coil was used to image both knee joints simultaneously.The two groups of images were evaluated subjectively and objectively,and the signal-to-noise ratio and contrast-to-noise ratio were measured and calculated,and statistically analyzed.Results The scanning time of both knee joints in group A and group B was(15.17±2.31)min and(9.31±1.59)min,respectively,and the scanning time in group B was significantly reduced,with statistical difference between the two groups P<0.05.The signal-to-noise ratio of femur medial condyle and subpatellar fat pad in proton-weighted fat suppression sequence(PDWI-FS-SAG)was better in group A than in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The signal-to-noise ratio of proton-weighted fat inhibition sequence axis(PDWI-FS-TRA)in the effusion of femoral medial condyle,medial head of gastromius muscle,intercondylar fossa and anterior condyle of femoral lateral condyle cartilage in group A was better than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In MRI examination of both knee joints,simultaneous imaging with ultra-flexible coil can save about 48%of the examination time if the diagnosis is satisfied.
