摘要
[目的/意义]从交互记忆这一独特视角出发,致力于揭示智慧图书馆中人和智能系统形成一个存储、管理和利用知识的整体,进而为提升智慧图书馆服务效能提供理论与实践支撑。[方法/过程]对交互记忆视角下智慧图书馆人智协同机理进行了研究,在概述交互记忆系统理论、交互记忆视角智慧图书馆人智协同研究现状的基础上,从知识分工存储同构性、协调检索机制相似性、相互信任关系等效性、整体目标导向一致性4个方面分析了交互记忆系统与智慧图书馆人智协同的内在关联,从知识分工机理、协调沟通机理、信任建立机理3个方面论述交互记忆视角下智慧图书馆人智协同机理,然后通过文献调研法归纳出当前智慧图书馆人智协同面临的风险和挑战,包括知识整合障碍、沟通协调不畅、信任构建难题。[结果/结论]有针对性的提出构建知识分工共享体系、建立高效沟通机制、强化信任依赖关系的引导策略,旨在促进读者、馆员和智能系统形成统一的交互记忆系统,促进知识创造与共享,提高智慧图书馆知识服务质量。
[Purpose/significance]Starting from the unique perspective of interactive memory,this study aims to reveal that humans and artificial intelligent systems form a whole of knowledge storage,management,and utilization in smart libraries,and provide theoretical and practical support f or improving the service efficiency of smart libraries.[Method/process]This study explores the mechanism of human intelligence collaboration in smart libraries from the perspective of interactive memory.Based on an overview of the theory of interactive memory systems and the current research status of human artificial intelligence collaboration in smart libraries from the perspective of interactive memory,the internal relationship between interactive memory systems and human artificial intelligence collaboration in smart libraries is analyzed from four aspects:knowledge division of labor storage isomorphism,coordination retrieval mechanism similarity,mutual trust relationship equivalence,and overall goal oriented consistency.The mechanism of human artificial intelligence collaboration in smart libraries from the perspective of interactive memory is discussed from three aspects:knowledge division of labor mechanism,coordination communication mechanism,and trust establishment mechanism.Then,through literature research,the risks and challenges faced by human artificial intelligence collaboration in smart libraries are summarized,including knowledge integration barriers,poor communication and coordination,and trust construction difficulties.[Result/conclusion]Targeted guidance strategies were proposed to build a knowledge division and sharing system,establish efficient communication mechanisms,and strengthen trust dependency relationships.It aims to promote the formation of a unified interactive memory system among readers,librarians,and intelligent systems,promote knowledge creation and sharing,and improve the quality of knowledge services in smart libraries.
