公共图书馆盲人阅读推广服务实践与思考——以苏州图书馆“我是你的眼”服务品牌为例

摘要 [目的/意义]近年来,盲人群体的文化需求日益凸显,为他们提供优质的无障碍阅读服务成为公共图书馆等文化机构的重要职责。[方法/过程]文章详细介绍苏州图书馆开展的“我是你的眼”服务品牌活动的具体实践和推广策略,重点包括“盲人读书会”“真人图书馆”“走出户外·触摸世界”3个子品牌。[结果/结论]总结苏州图书馆在打造盲人阅读推广服务品牌方面的成功经验,如创新服务模式、加强社会宣传、提供培训支持等,有效引导盲人阅读产生积极作用,为我国公共图书馆的盲人阅读推广服务品牌建设提供借鉴意义。 [Purpose/significance]In recent years,the cultural needs of blind groups have become increasingly prominent,and providing them with high-quality barrier-free reading services has become an important responsibility of cultural institutions such as public libraries.[Method/process]This study provides a detailed account of the specific practices and promotional strategies of the“I Am Your Eyes”service brand initiative launched by Suzhou Library,with a focus on three sub-brands:“Blind Readers’Club”,“Human Library”and“Go Outdoors,Touch the World”.[Result/conclusion]It summarizes the successful experiences of Suzhou Library in building a brand for promoting blind reading services,such as innovating service models,strengthening social publicity,and providing training support,has effectively guided blind reading and played a positive role.It provides reference significance for the construction of blind reading promotion service brands in public libraries across China.
