摘要
从国内外公共图书馆对视障人士提供的图书馆服务谈起,论述了在新世纪公共图书馆如何在助残服务方面体现“以人为本,读者至上”的精神,让视障人士走进图书馆,并提出了公共图书馆为视障人士提供服务的一些设想。
Comparing to some foreign libraries, this paper analyses the present situation of library service for people with eyesight problem in China. This paper makes some suggestion to improve the service also.
