结构钢材的激光除锈技术研究

摘要 研究了脉冲激光清洗结构钢表面锈层技术,探讨了激光功率、能量密度、光斑直径、脉冲重复频率,以及清洗次数等关键因素对激光清洗效果的影响,并揭示这些参数与清洗质量之间的关系。通过金相显微镜、粗糙度测试仪等设备研究了不同实验参数对清洗效果的影响。结果表明,在激光功率为500 W、重复频率为10 kHz、光斑尺寸为0.8 mm、清洗次数为较低次数时,针对结构钢材110~150μm厚度的锈层清洗质量较好,且窄脉冲宽度激光的清洗效果优于长脉冲宽度激光。 The pulsed laser derusting technology for structural steel surface is studied.The influence of key factors such as laser power,energy density,spot diameter,pulse repetition frequency and the number of cleaning times on the laser cleaning effect is discussed,and the relationships between these parameters and the cleaning quality are revealed.The influence of different experimental parameters on the cleaning effect is studied by metallurgical microscopes,roughness testers and other equipments.Experimental results indicate that at a laser power of 500 W,a repetition frequency of 10 kHz,a spot size of 0.8 mm,and less number of cleaning times,there is a better cleaning quality to the rust layer of structural steel with a thickness of 110-150μm,and the narrow pulse width laser is superior to the long pulse width laser.
