云南冷凉山地72份苹果种质资源遗传多样性分析及分子身份证的构建

摘要 中国苹果种质资源丰富,包括大量的野生种、半野生种及栽培品种,在生产中普遍存在同物异名及同名异物现象,不便于种质资源的保存和利用和产业的发展。对取自云南昭通的72份苹果品种(系)进行了遗传多样性分析,基于指纹图谱的基因型构建了分子身份证,并构建了能被快速准确识别的分子二维码,为鉴定苹果种质资源提供了理论依据。 China boasts abundant apple germplasm resources,encompassing a large number of wild species,semi-wild species,and cultivated varieties.However,the widespread phenomena of synonymy(different names for the same germplasm)and homonymy(the same name for different germplasms)in production have hindered the conservation and utilization of germplasm resources as well as the development of the apple industry.In this study,genetic diversity analysis was conducted on 72 apple varieties(lines)collected from Zhaotong,Yunnan Province.Molecular identification cards were constructed based on the genotypes derived from fingerprinting,and molecular QR codes enabling rapid and accurate identification were also developed.This research provides a theoretical basis for the identification of apple germplasm resources.
