摘要
交通是城市发展的命脉与动力,牵引着城市未来的发展方向。随着中国高速铁路网络迅速扩张,高铁站区已成为城市发展的重要组成部分。然而,当前高铁站区土地利用仍普遍存在类型单一、结构失衡与效率低下等问题,难以支撑站城融合的深度推进。因此,本文立足于站城关系的演变历程,系统梳理高铁站区在不同发展阶段的土地利用特征与主要问题,重新阐释站城融合在“功能定位、要素结构、空间形态”三方面的内涵,提出以“功能跃升、要素重组、空间拓展”为导向的土地利用转型要求,构建包括多维耦合、弹性配比与立体集成在内的高铁站区土地混合利用机制,并深入分析该机制在杭州西站土地混合利用实践中的具体应用,为高铁站区土地利用机制创新与站城融合发展提供理论支撑与实践参考。
Transportation serves as both the lifeblood and a key driving force behind urban development,shaping the future trajectory of cities.As China's high-speed railway network continues to expand at a rapid pace,areas surrounding high-speed railway station areas have increasingly become integral components of urban development.However,at present,there are still widespread problems such as single land use types,unbalanced structure and low efficiency in the land utilization of high-speed railway station areas,which make it difficult to support the in-depth promotion of station-city integration.Therefore,based on the evolution history of station-city relationship,this paper systematically combs through the land use characteristics and main problems of high-speed railway station areas at different development stages,re-interprets the connotation of station-city integration in the three aspects of“functional positioning,element structure and spatial form”,and puts forward a land use plan oriented by“functional leap,element reorganization and spatial expansion”.It puts forward the land use transformation requirements oriented by“functional leap,element restructuring and spatial expansion”,constructs the mixed land use mechanism of high-speed railway station areas including multi-dimensional coupling,elasticity ratio and three-dimensional integration,and analyzes in-depth the specific application of this mechanism in the practice of mixed land use of Hangzhou West Railway Station,which provides theoretical support and practical reference for the innovation of land use mechanism of high-speed railway station areas and the integrated development of the station and city.
