摘要
针对计算机学科专业学生培养过程中,学生存在自驱力和专业核心技能不足、自我价值和职业规划不清晰等问题,从自驱力养成和学科价值引领等方面,该文研究计算机学科专业人才成长机制。在相关院校进行初步实践,助力培养适应新工科、101计划和“新质生产力”发展等国家发展战略需求的创新型国家人才。
In response to the problems of insufficient self-driving force and core professional skills,unclear self-worth and career planning among students in the training process of computer science professionals,this paper studies the growth mechanism of computer science professionals from the aspects of self-driving force cultivation and disciplinary value guidance.The preliminary practices in relevant universities has carried out to help cultivate the innovative national talents who can meet the development strategic needs of the country,such as the New Engineering,"101 Plan",and"New Quality Productivity".
