摘要
为解决ZB25/45包装机铝箔纸负压输送装置在日常维护保养拆卸及安装过程中连接螺钉和十字滑块联轴器容易掉落的问题,重新设计一种连接螺钉与负压输送装置座的连接方式,让连接螺钉与负压输送装置座能保持固定连接,同时让十字滑块联轴器与负压输送装置传动轴固定连接,这样在拆卸安装负压输送装置时就不会产生连接螺钉与十字滑块联轴器的掉落,能够实现在安装和拆卸铝箔纸负压吸风带总成部件时,连接块不会掉落,提高铝箔纸负压输送装置总成部件的维修保养效率。
To address the issue of connection screws and cross-slider couplings easily falling off during the daily maintenance,disassembly,and installation of the negative pressure conveying device in the ZB25/45 packaging machine,a redesigned connection method between the screws and the base of the negative pressure conveying device was developed.This ensures that the connection screws remain fixed to the base of the device while also securing the cross-slider coupling to the transmission shaft of the negative pressure conveying device.As a result,the screws and cross-slider couplings will not fall off during disassembly or installation of the negative pressure conveying device,preventing the detachment of the connecting block when assembling or disassembling the aluminum foil suction belt assembly.This improvement enhances the efficiency of maintenance and upkeep for the aluminum foil negative pressure conveying device assembly.
