摘要
针对不同膜片在DXDK-70全自动包装机上使用时,出现包装机工作不稳定、膜片损耗过大现象,从自动包装控制系统重要环节--膜片色标检测入手,探讨了色标传感器的工作原理及特点,指出了在色标传感器选型、使用、安装调整过程中应注意的事项;通过分析对比,认为色标传感器的工作状态及性能是引起自动包装控制系统不稳定的主要原因。
During the using of different diaphragms on the DXDK-70 fully automatic packing machine, aiming at the phenomena of unstable running of the paking machine and excessive wear-outs of the di- aphragms and starting with the important step of testing of the color scale of the diaphragms, this paper dis- cusses the working principle and character of the color scale sensor, and points out the precautions for selec- tion, installation, adjustment and usage of the color scale sensor. Through analyzing and comparing, this paper holds that the working state and performance of the color scale sensor is the major cause for the unstable func- tioning of automatic control system.
