“基于区块链与数字孪生的物流供应链可视化技术研究—数据可信度与动态模拟优化”构建

Research on Logistics Supply Chain Visualization Technology Based on Blockchain and Digital Twin:Data Credibility and Dynamic Simulation Optimization

摘要 文章针对物流供应链数字化转型中面临的数据孤岛、信任缺失与动态响应滞后等瓶颈问题,提出基于区块链与数字孪生协同的可视化技术解决方案。通过构建“数据可信层-动态建模层-可视化交互层”三层架构,创新性地整合区块链的分布式信任机制与数字孪生的实时仿真能力。在技术方法层面,设计轻量化改进PBFT共识算法实现跨组织数据高效存证(吞吐量≥1500TPS),建立多粒度实体建模规则实现物理-虚拟系统同步,并开发基于强化学习的动态调整策略优化库存路径。实证研究表明,本系统在跨境物流场景中使异常事件处理效率提升63%,需求预测误差控制在8%以内,同时降低15%库存成本与12%碳足迹。研究突破传统可视化系统事后追溯的局限,实现供应链状态实时映射与风险预判,为构建透明可信、动态优化的供应链数字生态系统提供理论支撑与技术路径。研究结论对落实《“十四五”物流发展规划》中的全链条可视化目标具有重要实践价值。 Addressing the bottleneck issues in the digital transformation of logistics supply chains,such as data silos,lack of trust and lagging dynamic response,this paper proposes a visualization technology solution based on the synergy of blockchain and digital twin.By constructing three-layer architecture of"Data Trust Layer-Dynamic Modeling Layer-Visual Interaction Layer",it innovatively integrates the distributed trust mechanism of blockchain and the real-time simulation capability of digital twin.At the technical level,a lightweight improved PBFT consensus algorithm is designed to achieve efficient cross-organizational data storage and certification(throughput≥1500TPS),multi-granularity entity modeling rules are established to achieve physical-virtual system synchronization,and a reinforcement learning-based dynamic adjustment strategy is developed to optimize inventory routing.Empirical research shows that the system improves abnormal event handling efficiency by 63%in cross-border logistics scenarios,controls demand forecast error within 8%,while simultaneously reducing inventory costs by 15%and carbon footprint by 12%.The research breaks through the limitation of post-event traceability in traditional visualization systems,realizing real-time mapping of supply chain status and risk prediction,and provides theoretical support and a technical path for building a transparent,trustworthy,and dynamically optimized supply chain digital ecosystem.The conclusions hold significant practical value for achieving the full-chain visualization goals outlined in the"14th Five-Year Plan"for logistics development.
