摘要
文章聚焦于S物流公司快递员职业倦怠现象,通过深入分析其现状及影响因素,探讨针对性激励机制。研究发现,快递员职业倦怠现状较为突出,主要受家庭与工作失衡、职业规划模糊、工作强度大、分工不明确、服务设施不完善、激励机制不合理及晋升渠道狭窄等因素影响。针对这些问题,提出合理平衡工作与家庭关系、科学规划职业生涯、优化工作任务分配、改善服务设施环境、制定公平合理的激励机制及拓宽职业晋升渠道等对策,以期缓解快递员职业倦怠,提升工作积极性与企业凝聚力。
This study focuses on the phenomenon of job burnout among couriers in S Logistics Company.Through in-depth analysis of its current situation influencing factors,it explores targeted incentive mechanisms.The research finds that the current situation of job burnout among couriers is relatively prominent,mainly affected by factors such as-work imbalance,vague career planning,high work intensity,unclear division of labor,imperfect service facilities,unreasonable incentive mechanisms,and narrow promotion channels.In response to these problems,this study proposes strategies such as balancing work and family relationships,scientifically planning career paths,optimizing task allocation,improving the service facility environment,establishing fair and reasonable mechanisms,and broadening career promotion channels.The aim is to alleviate job burnout among couriers,enhance work enthusiasm,and strengthen corporate cohesion.
