摘要
首先对区别于邮政寄递业的快递行业进行了定义,然后分析了我国快递行业发展对人才素质提升的迫切要求,接着从高职院校人才培养的角度分析了快递行业实用型人才培养的现状及培养目标,最后对快递业实用型人才"订单培养"模式进行了探讨。
Firstly, this paper makes a definition of express industry, which is different from the postal delivery, then analyzes the urgent requirements of higher quality staffs for the development of China＇s express industry. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the status and objectives of practical talent cultivation of express industry in vocational colleges, and probes into the ＂order training＂ model of practical talent in express industry.
