摘要
全国中东部10个省份的4675名大学生调查数据分析发现:大学生劳动素养总体处于中等偏上水平,在劳动认知和劳动行为之间存在明显脱节现象,对待劳动情感积极,但日常实践待深化,参与劳动时间不足、类型比较单一;男生劳动素养总体高于女生,城市大学生劳动素养高于农村和乡镇大学生,劳动素养在大三处于“低谷”,实践经历对劳动素养的提高存在显著效应;不同高校类型之间大学生劳动素养差异不显著,理工农医类大学生表现水平略优于人文社科类大学生;学校劳动教育的有效组织对于大学生劳动素养有正向影响,家庭经济收入更高、有隔代亲属照料对大学生劳动素养有负向影响,但影响相对较小。加强劳动教育体系整体设计、拓展多元化劳动教育实践平台、构建家校社一体化劳动教育机制、创设真实劳动教育环境等有助于推动大学生劳动素养的全面提升。
Analysis of survey data from 4,675 college students across 10 central and eastern provinces in China reveals the following findings:College students'labor literacy generally reaches a moderately high level,yet shows significant disconnection between labor cognition and behaviors.While demonstrating positive attitudes toward labor,their daily practices remain superficial with insufficient participation time and limited diversity in labor types.Male students generally exhibit higher labor literacy than their female counterparts,and urban students outperform those from rural areas.Labor literacy reaches its lowest point during the junior year,while practical experiences show significant enhancement effects.No notable differences emerge across university types,though STEM students slightly surpass humanities and social sciences students.Effective organization of school labor education positively influences labor literacy,whereas higher family income and grandparental care exhibit negative(though relatively minor)impacts.To comprehensively enhance college students'labor literacy,recommendations include strengthening systemic design of labor education,expanding diversified practical platforms,establishing home-school-community collaborative mechanisms,and creating authentic labor education environments.
