抽水蓄能电站面板堆石坝混凝土温控与防裂

摘要 如何有效防止面板混凝土裂缝是面板堆石坝设计施工的关键技术,对抽水蓄能电站大坝安全运行非常重要。为了抽水蓄能工程中能采取有效的温控措施,确保面板堆石坝防渗体系安全稳定运行,结合近年来已建的多个典型抽水蓄能电站工程实际资料和施工经验,总结分析了面板混凝土裂缝成因和不同温控措施对面板产生裂缝的影响,提出了防止面板混凝土裂缝的关键温控措施,为后续同类抽水蓄能电站工程面板堆石坝混凝土设计施工与大坝防裂提供一定的技术支撑与借鉴。 How to effectively prevent cracks in face slab concrete is a key technology in the design and construction of face rockfill dams,which is of great significance to the safe operation of dams in pumped storage power stations.To adopt effective temperature control measures in the construction of pumped storage projects and ensure the safe and stable operation of the anti-seepage system of face rockfill dams,this paper summarizes and analyzes the causes of face slab concrete cracks and the influence of different temperature control measures on the occurrence of such cracks,based on the actual data and construction experience of several typical built pumped storage power station projects in recent years.It also puts forward key temperature control measures to prevent cracks in face slab concrete.The research results can provide experience and reference for the concrete design,construction and dam crack prevention of face rockfill dams in subsequent similar pumped storage power station projects.
