低热水泥在乌东德大坝工程上的全面应用 被引量:3

摘要 从乌东德大坝的结构特征、低热水泥的性能特点及低热水泥混凝土的性能特征、温控措施及效果、坝体接缝灌浆条件、实施及效果、裂缝普查等各方面进行了阐述。由于低热水泥混凝土全面用于高拱坝混凝土施工,在国内水电站大坝工程中尚属首次,对于低热混凝土的强度发展规律、温控规律以及接缝灌浆规律等没有经验可以参考,加之拱肩槽开挖坡度较陡,积极探索有效的低热混凝土应用方面的一些规律,对拱坝施工过程中采取的温控措施及大坝防裂、接缝灌浆顺利实施都具有重要的意义。 This paper describes the structural characteristics,performance characteristics of low-heat cement and performance characteristics of Low-hot cement concrete,temperature control measures and effects,conditions of dam joint grouting,implementation and effects,crack survey and other aspects of the dam.It is the first time that low-heat cement concrete is fully used in concrete construction of high arch dam in domestic hydropower station dam project.There is no experience to refer to the strength development law,temperature control law and joint grouting law of low-heat concrete.Moreover,the excavation slope of the shoulder groove is steeper.Therefore,it is of great significance to actively explore some rules of effective application of low-heat concrete for temperature control measures taken during the construction of arch dam,crack prevention of dam and smooth implementation of joint grouting.
