摘要
为分析燃煤机组不同运行出力下的性能,采用Ebsilon软件建立某350 MW燃煤供热机组的热力学模型,对不同工况下机组的运行特性进行㶲分析。研究发现,与100%THA相比,30%THA时机组单位发电煤耗升高22 g/kWh;随着负荷降低,锅炉、回热系统、汽轮机的㶲效率分别下降2.2%、2.1%、0.6%,机组整体发电㶲效率下降3%,单位发电㶲损失相对升高;机组单位发电热耗随出力降低而相对增大,在50%THA以下时,增加趋势尤为明显。
In order to analyze the performance of coal-fired units under different operating outputs,a thermodynamic model of a 350 MW coal-fired heating unit is established using Ebsilon software.Exergy analysis of the unit's operating characteristics under various conditions is conducted.The study reveales that compared to 100%THA,the unit coal consumption for electricity generation increases by 22 g/kWh at 30%THA.As the load decreases,the exergy efficiencies of the boiler,regenerative system,and steam turbine declines by 2.2%,2.1%,and 0.6%respectively,resulting in a 3%reduction in the overall exergy efficiency of the unit and a relative increase in exergy losses per unit of electricity generated.The unit thermal power generation consumption of the unit relatively increases with decreasing output,with a particularly pronounced increase trend below 50%THA.
