摘要
为了探究配置熔盐储热系统对于煤电机组运行灵活性、经济性及可靠性的影响,本文基于Ebsilon分析配置不同熔盐储热系统的纯凝与供汽煤电机组的调峰能力、性能指标及熔盐储热系统对主机的影响等,给出了熔盐储热系统的最优配置方式,并对其运行参数及经济性进行了分析。结果发现,纯凝煤电机组配置熔盐储热系统时,熔盐储热系统储、放热过程耗能应考虑四个方面:(1)蒸汽加热量对应的标煤耗;(2)电加热量对应的标煤耗;(3)储热阶段配置熔盐储热系统导致机组效率降低,发电煤耗升高对应的标煤耗;(4)放热阶段加热高压给水,降低机组回热量对应的标煤耗。对比得出方式Ⅵ的综合效率为18.9%,是所列配置方式中最优的,并且方式Ⅵ对应的熔盐储热系统设计及容量选择是比较适宜的。
To investigate the impact of integrating molten salt thermal energy storage systems on the operational flexibility,economy,and reliability of coal-fired power units,this study analyzes the peak-shaving capacity,performance indicators,and the influence of molten salt storage systems on host equipment for condensing and steam-supplying coal-fired units with different molten salt storage configurations based on Ebsilon simulations.An optimal configuration for the molten salt storage system is proposed,with corresponding analyses of operational parameters and economic performance.The results reveal that when integrating molten salt storage systems into condensing coal-fired units,energy consumption during thermal charging and discharging processes should consider four aspects:(1)standard coal consumption equivalent to steam heating energy input;(2)standard coal consumption corresponding to electric heating energy input;(3)increased coal consumption due to reduced unit efficiency during the thermal storage phase;(4)reduced heat recovery during the thermal discharge phase when heating high-pressure feedwater.Comparative analysis demonstrates that Mode Ⅵ achieves the highest comprehensive efficiency of 18.9%among the evaluated configurations.Furthermore,the molten salt storage system design and capacity selection for Mode Ⅵ prove to be technically appropriate and economically viable.
