摘要
针对工业废气处理效率低与运行成本高的问题,开发一套深度净化技术系统。通过工艺参数优化、设备性能提升及过程控制系统集成,建立了“活性炭吸附-催化燃烧-碱液吸收”三级处理工艺。试验结果表明,挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)催化氧化反应最佳温度为280~320℃,活性炭装填密度为500~550 kg/m^(3),采用新型蜂窝陶瓷载体后催化剂比表面积达280 m^(2)/g,系统自动化率达95%。工程应用数据显示,VOCs、SO_(2)、NO_(x)的去除率分别达98.5%、96%、88%,运行成本降低32%,投资回收期为2.8年,为工业废气污染治理提供了技术支撑。
To address the issues of low efficiency and high operational costs in industrial waste gas treatment,a deep purification technology system was developed.Through process parameter optimization,equipment performance enhancement,and process control system integration,a three-stage treatment process of“activated carbon adsorption-catalytic combustion-alkaline solution absorption”is established.Test results indicate that the optimal temperature for catalytic oxidation of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)is 280~320℃,with an activated carbon packing density of 500~550 kg/m^(3).The use of a novel honeycomb ceramic carrier achieved a catalyst specific surface area of 280 m^(2)/g,and the system automation rate reached 95%.Engineering application data show removal rates of 98.5%for VOCs,96%for SO_(2),and 88%for NO_(x),with a 32%reduction in operational costs.The investment payback period is 2.8 years,providing technical support for industrial waste gas pollution control.
