摘要
变压器作为电力系统的关键设备,在保证其安全运行的前提下,合理控制变压器全寿命周期成本是变压器领域研究的核心目标。本研究围绕变压器全寿命周期成本展开,涵盖初始成本、运营成本、维修成本、故障成本和退役成本。通过对变压器历史故障数据的分析与统计,构建变压器故障树模型,并计算单台变压器的故障率。基于变压器故障的分布特性,建立变压器全寿命周期成本模型,进而估算其全寿命周期成本。以110 kV变压器为例,分析各类影响因素对全寿命周期成本的影响差异,为变压器选型和状态检修决策提供辅助支持,提高变压器的管理水平以延长其使用寿命。此外,探究了变压器可靠性与全寿命周期成本的关联性,结果表明,故障率通过影响运维检修成本和故障成本进而对全寿命周期成本产生较为显著的影响。
As a key equipment in the power system,transformers have received significant attention from engineering researchers in production practice and scientific research,while ensuring safe operation.The goal of transformer research is to reasonably save the life cycle cost(LCC)of transformers while ensuring their safe operation.This study focuses on the full life cycle cost of transformers,which is divided into initial cost,operating cost,maintenance cost,failure cost,and decommissioning cost.By statistically analyzing the historical fault data of transformers,a corresponding transformer fault tree model is established and the fault rate of a single fixed age transformer is calculated.Based on the distribution of transformer faults,a full life cycle cost model for transformers is constructed to estimate the corresponding full life cycle cost.Taking 110 kV transformer as an example,the differences in the impact of various influencing factors on the cost of the entire life cycle are analyzed,which provides auxiliary support for the selection and maintenance decision-making of transformers,and improves the management level of transformers,and extend their service life.In addition,the correlation between transformer reliability and full LCC is explored,and it is found that the failure rate has a more significant impact on LCC by affecting operation and maintenance(O&M)and failure costs.
