摘要
为探索翠碧1号不同成熟度烟叶的适宜烘烤工艺,实现烟叶品质和经济效益提升的目的,首先制定不同成熟度烟叶的分类标准,并依据分类标准对采收烟叶进行分类,然后针对不同成熟度的烟叶执行不同的烘烤工艺。结果表明,通过对不同成熟度烟叶分类精准烘烤(适烤Ⅰ类烟叶采用T1工艺主要是控制烟叶整体的变黄程度,在变黄期采用晚升温晚排潮的工艺,适烤Ⅱ类烟叶采用T2工艺主要是延长烘烤预变黄过程、提升烟叶的后熟效应;适烤Ⅲ类烟叶采用T3工艺,主要是缩短变黄期,定色前降低烟叶水分,并延长定色烘烤时间),T1工艺、T2工艺和T3工艺分别能够显著提升该类烟叶烤后的经济效益、外观品质及评吸品质,并提高主要化学成分的整体协调性;同时,T1工艺和T2工艺烤后烟叶的上等烟比例分别较常规烘烤提升了30.63%和39.31%。
In order to explore the suitable curing technology for different maturity of Cuibi No.1 tobacco leaves and improve the quality and economic efficiency of tobacco leaves,this study first formulated the classification standard for different maturity of tobacco leaves,classify the harvested tobacco leaves according to the classification standard,and then implement different curing processes for different maturity of tobacco leaves.The results showed that through the precise curing of different maturity of tobacco leaves(the suitable curing type I tobacco leaves adopt T1 technology,which mainly control the overall yellowing degree of tobacco leaves,adopt the technology of late temperature rise and late moisture discharge in the yellowing stage;the suitable curing type II tobacco leaves adopt T2 technology,which mainly prolong the pre-yellowing process of curing and enhance the post-ripening effect of tobacco leaves;the suitable curing type III tobacco leaves adopt T3 technology,which mainly shorten the yellowing stage,reduce moisture content before color fixing,and prolong the color fixation curing time),T1 technology,T2 technology and T3 technology could significantly improve the economic efficiency,appearance quality and smoking quality of such tobacco leaves after curing,and improve the overall coordination of major chemical components.At the same time,the proportion of top grade tobacco leaves after T1 and T2 technologies were respectively increased by 30.63%and 39.31%compared with conventional curing.
