摘要
新时代的生态文明教育,既应该坚持环境保护教育的意蕴,但也不能等同于以人与自然、社会、自身的整体协调为目标的和谐教育。生态文明教育是指为实现人与自然相互协调共同发展而有计划、有组织地培育具有生态素养的人的实践活动,其对生态文明建设的作用机理主要有:教育引导个体节约资源和保护环境,奠定生态文明建设的社会基础;培育生态经济主体建设生态产业,强化生态文明建设的经济动力;塑造生态公民参与生态治理实践,创造生态文明建设的政治条件;传播生态文化营造社会生态意识,提供生态文明建设的精神保障等。新时代生态文明教育的主要实践思路在于内化生态文明教育的价值观念,完善生态文明教育的制度规范,养成生态文明的意识及行为。
Ecological civilization education in the new era encompasses the implications of environmental protection education,but cannot be equated with harmonious education aimed at the overall coordination of humans,nature,society,and the self.Ecological civilization education involves a structured and intentional approach to developing ecological literacy among individuals,promoting harmonious and mutual development between humans and nature.The mechanisms through which ecological civilization education contributes to the construction of an ecological civilization include:guiding individuals to conserve resources and protect the environment,thereby laying the social foundation for ecological civilization construction;fostering ecological economic entities to develop eco-friendly industries,strengthening the economic impetus for ecological civilization construction;shaping ecological citizens to participate in ecological governance practices,creating the political conditions for ecological civilization construction;and disseminating ecological culture to cultivate societal ecological awareness,providing the spiritual foundation for ecological civilization construction.The main practical approaches involve internalizing the values of ecological civilization education,improving institutional norms for ecological civilization education,and cultivating ecological concepts and behaviors.
