摘要
在铸牢中华民族共同体意识的时代背景下,灵渠作为中国古代水利工程与民族交往交流交融的历史见证,其遗产保护工作被赋予了更为深厚的文化价值与现实意义。近年来通过制定专项保护规划、完善法规体系、实施环境整治等措施,遗产本体保存状况得到明显改善,文化内涵的挖掘也取得令人瞩目的成效。然而,灵渠保护工作在稳步推进过程中,仍面临数字化保护技术应用瓶颈、资金投入可持续性难题以及文旅融合发展深度广度不足等多重挑战。对此,应着力构建政府主导、社会广泛参与的保护格局,深度凸显灵渠蕴含的民族融合历史价值,积极创新数字化保护手段,并借助文旅融合的强大动力,强化其文化重要载体功能,推进中华民族共同体建设。
Against the backdrop of fostering the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community,the Lingqu Canal,as a historical testament to ancient Chinese water conservancy engineering and interethnic exchange and integration,has been endowed with profound cultural value and practical significance in its heritage conservation.In recent years,through the formulation of specialized conservation plans,improvements to legal frameworks,and the implementation of environmental remediation measures,the physical preservation of the heritage has improved significantly.Substantial progress has been made in uncovering its cultural connotations.However,while conservation efforts continue to advance steadily,the Lingqu Canal still faces multiple challenges,including bottlenecks in the application of digital conservation technologies,sustainability issues in funding,and insufficient depth and breadth of integration between cultural tourism and heritage development.To address these challenges,it is essential to establish a conservation framework led by the government and broadly supported by society,to deeply highlight the historical value of ethnic integration embodied in the Lingqu Canal,to develop digital conservation methods innovatively,and to leverage the powerful momentum of cultural tourism integration to reinforce its role as a critical cultural carrier and promote the construction of the Chinese nation as a community.
