摘要
茶树精油具有良好的抗菌效果,在医疗卫生领域具有重要作用。近年来,随着静电纺丝技术的成熟,出现了改进静电纺丝设备以制备性能更优的抗菌纱线的新途径。采用同轴共轭静电纺丝技术,以聚丙烯腈(PAN)为皮层、茶树精油为芯材包覆棉纱,制备抗菌纳米纤维纱线。探讨皮层浓度、芯皮层挤出速率等工艺参数对纱线性能的影响。结果表明,当PAN浓度13.5%、纺丝电压±6kV、纺丝距离13.5cm、芯/皮层挤出速率比1∶3、针头间距15cm、加捻盘转速350 r/min时,所得抗菌纳米纤维包覆纱包裹致密,呈现出良好的皮芯结构,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有80%的抑菌率,且力学性能与原棉纱相当。该研究为今后开发类似抗菌纺织品提供了一定参考。
Tea tree oil exhibits excellent antibacterial properties and plays a significant role in the healthcare field.In recent years,with the advancement of electrospinning technology,new approaches have emerged involving the modification of electrospinning equipment to produce higher-performance antibacterial yarns.Using coaxial conjugate electrospinning technology,antibacterial nanofiber yarns were prepared by coating cotton yarn with polyacrylonitrile(PAN)as the sheath and tea tree oil as the core material.The effects of process parameters,primarily sheath solution concentration and core/sheath extrusion flow rates,on the yarn properties were investigated.Results indicated that when the PAN concentration was 13.5%,the spinning voltage was±6 kV,the spinning distance was 13.5 cm,the core/sheath flow rates were 1:3,the needle spacing was 15 cm,and the twisting disc spinning speed was 350 r/min,the resulting antibacterial nanofiber-coated yarn demonstrated a dense coating,a well-defined sheath-core structure,an 80%antibacterial rate against both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,and mechanical properties comparable to those of the original cotton yarn.
