一次性连体医用防护服的舒适性分析 被引量:16

摘要 针对目前医用防护服号型不合体,舒适性差等问题,在新冠肺炎疫情期间,以抗疫一线医护人员为研究对象,利用问卷调查,分析防护服在穿着过程中其热湿程度、号型及结构设计对舒适性的影响。结果表明:随着穿戴时间的增长,防护服热湿舒适性下降;身高151~155 cm与156~180 cm体型偏瘦的医护人员,由于衣下间隙量过大造成结构部位不舒适,但体型偏胖人群穿着时的结构舒适度提高;身高186 cm以上的医护人员因防护服尺寸不足造成着装时头、脸和裤裆紧绷。基于此,建议在国家标准《医用一次性防护服技术要求》中增设155/115、190/150等2个号型,并对防护服号型进行相应分型;同时,加快建立防护服工业样版库,在重大疫情突发时能快速提供合体、舒适、标准尺寸的医用防护服样版数据。 The current medical protective clothing has problems of size,shape and comfort.During the COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic,anti-epidemic medical staff as the research object,and questionnaires were used to understand and analyze the effect of thermal and moisture properties,size and structural design on comfort of the protective clothing during the wearing process.The results show that the thermal and moisture performance of protective clothing tends to decrease with the increase of wearing time.For thin medical staff with a height of 151~155 cm and 156~180 cm,the structural comfort performance deteriorates due to the excessive clearance inside the clothes,but as the body shape changes from thin to fat,the structural comfort tends to improve.The head,face and crotch of medical staff over 186 cm in height were tight when wearing protective clothing due to insufficient size of protective clothing.It is recommended to increase the research and development of protective clothing fabrics.Then add two sizes of 155/115 and 190/150 to the national standard of“Technical Requirements for Medical Disposable Protective Clothing”and classify the body types of protective clothing.In the major epidemics situation,it can quickly provide model data of fit,comfortable,and standard-size medical protective clothing.
