摘要
为顺应新文科建设对跨学科融合与实践导向转型的要求,依据新文科核心内涵,立足应用型本科高校办学定位,系统分析了物业管理专业实践教学中存在的结构碎片化、系统设计缺失、实践内容与行业需求脱节、校企协同育人机制不健全以及师资与评价体系薄弱等问题;围绕“知识—能力—素养”三位一体的教学目标,提出构建系统化、情境化和多维协同的实践教学体系,融入新一代信息技术与行业新业态,优化教学内容与实施载体,深化校企合作机制,拓展真实工作情境下的实践平台,强化“双师型”教师队伍建设,健全多元评价机制,以全面提升物业管理专业学生的综合能力与职业适应能力,推动新文科背景下应用型本科高校物业管理专业实践教学的高质量发展。
In response to the requirements of the new liberal arts construction for interdisciplinary integration and practice-oriented transformation,based on the core connotation of the new liberal arts and the positioning of application-oriented undergraduate colleges,this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the practical teaching of the property management major,such as fragmented structure,lack of systematic design,disconnection between practical content and industry demands,incomplete school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,and weak teaching staff and evaluation system.Centering on the trinity teaching goal of"knowledge-ability-quality",it proposes to build a systematic,contextualized and multi-dimensional collaborative practical teaching system,integrate new-generation information technology and new industry forms,optimize teaching content and implementation carriers,deepen the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,expand practical platforms in real working scenarios,strengthen the construction of"dual-qualified"teacher teams,and improve the multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism,so as to comprehensively enhance the comprehensive ability and professional adaptability of property management major students,and promote the high-quality development of practical teaching of the property management major in application-oriented undergraduate colleges under the background of the new liberal arts.
