摘要
泛素特异性蛋白酶25(USP25)是去泛素化酶(DUBs)七大家族中的成员之一,能够对底物蛋白发挥去泛素化作用,激活不同信号通路,从而调控多种肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭和转移。研究表明,USP25能够促进恶性肿瘤的进展,且与患者预后相关,USP25抑制剂有望为肿瘤临床治疗提供新方案。本文就USP25在不同恶性肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用进行综述,旨在为临床恶性肿瘤靶向药物的开发提供新思路。
Ubiquitin-specific protease 25(USP25)is an important member of the seven major families of deubiquitinating enzymes(DUBs),and it can exert a deubiquitinating effect on substrate proteins and activate different signaling pathways,thereby regulating the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion,and metastasis of various cancer cells.Studies have shown that USP25 can promote the progression of malignant tumors and is associated with the prognosis of patients,and USP25 inhibitors are expected to provide new regimens for the clinical treatment of tumor.This article reviews the role of USP25 in the development and progression of various malignant tumors,in order to provide new ideas for the development of targeted drugs for malignant tumors in clinical practice.
