摘要
溶瘤病毒(OVs)是一类具有复制能力的肿瘤杀伤型病毒,可以通过靶向作用在细胞内大量复制,导致细胞裂解,促进病毒分子及相关细胞因子的释放,对机体产生一定刺激作用并加快免疫反应,从而对肿瘤细胞产生杀伤作用。现阶段,分子生物技术在优化野生病毒株的应用越来越广泛,可以产生更强的溶瘤效应及安全性,也使人们对肿瘤发生、病毒复制及调控的分子机制有了更为深入的了解。文章就OVs研究进展、靶向分子机制及不同肿瘤疾病中的治疗进行综述,旨在为肿瘤临床治疗提供新方向。
Oncolytic viruses(OVs)are a class of tumor killer viruses with replication ability.They can replicate a large number of viruses in cells through targeted action,which leads to cell lysis,promotes the release of viral molecules and related cytokines,and has a certain stimulating effect on the body to accelerate the immune response,so as to produce a killing effect on tumor cells.At present,the application of molecular biotechnology in optimizing wild virus strains is becoming increasingly widespread,which can produce stronger oncolytic effect and safety,and also enable people to have a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms of tumorigenesis,viral replication and regulation.This article reviews the research progress of oncolytic viruses,their targeted molecular mechanisms and the treatment of different tumor diseases,aiming to provide a new direction for the clinical treatment of cancer.
