摘要
目的:探讨音乐疗法联合呼吸训练对产妇分娩恐惧及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至2025年1月虎林市人民医院自然分娩的产妇110例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组55例。对照组采取常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采取音乐疗法联合呼吸训练,2组产妇均干预至出院。比较2组干预后,产妇产程时间、分娩恐惧问卷(FCQ)、睡眠质量(PSQI)、分娩控制感量表(LAS)。结果:观察组产妇第二产程、第三产程时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组FCQ及PSQI评分显著低于对照组,而LAS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:音乐疗法联合呼吸训练能够有效改善自然分娩初产妇分娩恐惧,提高产妇睡眠质量、分娩控制感。
Objective:To investigate the effects of music therapy combined with breathing training on delivery fear and sleep quality in parturient women.Methods:A total of 110 women who underwent natural childbirth at Hulin People′s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 55 cases in each.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received music therapy combined with breathing training based on routine care.Both groups were intervened until discharge.The duration of labor stages,scores of the Fear of Childbirth Questionnaire(FCQ),sleep quality assessed by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and Labor Agentry Scale(LAS)were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:The duration of the second and third stages of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,FCQ and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while LAS scores were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Music therapy combined with breathing training can effectively alleviate delivery fear in primiparous women undergoing natural childbirth,improve sleep quality,and enhance the sense of delivery control.
