思维导图在临床耳鼻喉科见习教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨思维导图在耳鼻咽喉科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年9月至12月在贵州医科大学附属安顺中心医院见习的69名本科医学生,分成2组。对照组(n=35)采用传统教学,试验组(n=34)采用“传统教学+思维导图”模式(学生需设计思维导图并分组汇报评比),比较两组学生出科成绩的各分数段人数分布。结果:试验组不及格人数少于对照组,优秀人数多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学本科见习教学中应用思维导图,可显著提高教学效果。 Objective:To explore the effect of mind mapping in otorhinolaryngology(ENT)clinical clerkship teaching.Methods:A total of 69 undergraduate medical students who participated in clinical clerkships at the Affiliated Anshun Central Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from September to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=35)received traditional teaching,while the experimental group(n=34)adopted a“traditional teaching+mind mapping”model,in which students designed their own mind maps and presented them in group reports for evaluation.The distribution of scores in the final clerkship assessment was compared between the two groups.Results:The number of failing students in the experimental group was lower,while the number of excellent students was higher than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mind mapping in undergraduate clerkship teaching of otorhinolaryngology-head and neck surgery can significantly improve teaching effectiveness.
