摘要
在“双碳”目标推动下,光伏检测实验室面临效率、准确性与合规性多重挑战。数字化转型通过物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术的深度融合,重构了实验室的质量管理体系和运作模式。本文深入分析了光伏检测实验室在数字化转型过程中面临的核心挑战,提出了分层技术架构和分阶段实施路径,并结合实际案例验证了转型对质量管理效能的提升作用。研究表明,数字化转型能够显著提升检测准确度、效率与追溯能力,为光伏实验室的质量管理升级提供坚实支撑。
Driven by the«Dual Carbon»goals,photovoltaic(PV)testing laboratories are facing multiple challenges in efficiency,accuracy,and compliance.Digital transformation,through the deep integration of technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT),big data,and artificial intelligence(AI),has restructured the quality management systems and operational models of these laboratories.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the core challenges encountered during the digital transformation of PV testing laboratories,proposes a layered technical architecture and a phased implementation path,and validates the enhancement effect of this transformation on quality management efficacy through practical cases.The research demonstrates that digital transformation significantly improves testing accuracy,efficiency,and traceability,providing solid support for the advancement of quality management in PV laboratories.
