摘要
【目的】通过文献计量学软件CiteSpace对柠檬苦素的研究现状及热点进行可视化分析,探索近年来全球学者在柠檬苦素研究领域的科研协作态势,梳理其研究热点的动态变化,为未来的研究方向提供参考。【方法】系统检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库和Web of Science数据库关于柠檬苦素的相关文献,使用CiteSpace软件对研究作者、研究机构及关键词等进行可视化展示,对柠檬苦素的研究现状及发展趋势进行分析。【结果】经过筛选,最终纳入与柠檬苦素相关的中文文献752篇,中文发文量最多的机构及作者是仲恺农业工程学院白卫东。与柠檬苦素相关的英文文献871篇,英文发文量最多的作者为美国农业部的Hasegawa S,英文发文量前3的研究机构是中国科学院大学(87篇)、中国药科大学(56篇)和中国科学院昆明植物研究所(37篇)。柠檬苦素研究领域主要包括化学成分、药理作用和质量评价等技术层面,其中,如何确保柠檬苦素产品的品质保障和安全性能已成为当前研究的基本方向和技术瓶颈。【结论】尽管柠檬苦素相关研究仍处于持续发展和完善阶段,但未来可期,从柠檬苦素道地性的品质特征、产地来源追踪技术开发以及基于功能物质基础挖掘等方面开展研究,不仅能够提升柠檬苦素产品的市场竞争力,也将为柠檬苦素产业的高质量发展提供重要的理论支撑和实践价值。
[Objective]This study conducted a visual analysis of the current research status and hotspots of limonin through the bibliometric software CiteSpace,so as to explore the research collaboration trends of global scholars in the field of limonin research in recent years,and sort out the dynamic changes of research hotspots,providing references for future research directions.[Method]Systematically the study searched the relevant literature on limonin in the CNKI database and the Web of Science database,used CiteSpace software to visually display the research authors,research institutions,and keywords,and analyzed the current research status and development trends of limonin.[Result]Results were showed as follows:After screening,a total of 752 Chinese-language articles related to limonin were finally included.The analysis of Chinese-language article authors showed that Bai Weidong from Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering was the author with the highest number of published articles on limonin,and Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering was the research institution with the highest number of published articles.A total of 871 English-language articles related to limonin were included.The analysis of English-language article authors showed that Hasegawa S from Department of Agriculture,the United States,was the author with the highest number of published articles.The top 3 research institutions in terms of English-language article publication were University of Chinese Academy of Sciences,China Pharmaceutical University,Kunming Institute of Botany,Chinese Academy of Sciences,with 87,56,and 37 articles,respectively.The research field of limonin mainly included technical aspects such as chemical composition,pharmacological effects,and quality evaluation.Among them,ensuring the quality and safety of limonin products had become the basic direction and technical bottleneck of current research.[Conclusion]Although the research on limonin is still in a stage of continuous development and improvement,its future is promising.Main research can be conducted in aspects such as the quality characteristics of limonin's authenticity,the development of origin traceability technology,and the exploration based on the functional substance basis.This study will not only enhance the market competitiveness of limonin products but also provide important theoretical support and practical value for the high-quality development of the limonin industry.
