摘要
当前应用型本科实践教学体系普遍存在情境适配性不足、同质化现象突出以及与产业发展衔接不紧密等问题。文章基于情境学习理论,通过文献分析与案例研究,构建涵盖情境创设、实践共同体构建、合法的边缘性参与的实践教学体系“三维优化”模型。以长沙师范学院酒店管理专业为案例对象,系统重构“四层递进”能力进阶目标体系、“四位一体”情境任务内容矩阵、“四维协同”实践共同体方法体系,并配套构建多元动态评价体系与三维耦合支撑体系。研究表明,该理论框架下的实践教学体系重构与优化,能有效破解传统实践教学“去情境化”困境,为应用型本科实践教学改革提供情境化能力进阶逻辑、共同体协作机制和动态反馈范式等方法论启示。
Applied undergraduate practical teaching system often suffers from inadequate contextual alignment,prominent homogeneity,and weak connections with industrial development.Based on situated learning theory,this study utilizes literature analysis and case study methodologies to develop a threedimensional optimization model for practical teaching.This model includes designing a situated context,developing a community of practice,and promoting legitimate peripheral participation.Using the Hospitality Management program at Changsha Normal University as a case study,the research systematically reconstructs a fourlevel progressive competency framework,a fourinone situational task content matrix,and a fourdimensional collaborative community of practice methodology,supported by a diversified dynamic evaluation system and a tripartite coupling support mechanism.The findings suggest that,through the lens of situated learning theory,the optimized practical teaching system effectively addresses the decontextualization problem in traditional practical teaching.It provides methodological guidance on competency progression,community collaboration,and dynamic feedback for reforming applied undergraduate practical teaching.
