民族地区基础教育学生高质量发展:时代特质、现实挑战与优化路径

High-Quality Development of Students in Basic Education in Ethnic Minority Areas:Era Characteristics,Practical Challenges and Optimization Paths

摘要 学生发展是教育高质量发展的核心议题。民族地区基础教育学生高质量发展是对学生能力及隐含能力发展的事实和价值判断,意涵学生在基础发展力、文化理解力和实践生存力三个维度上的高质、高度和高效发展。当前民族地区基础教育学生发展正面临着基础发展力薄弱、文化理解力不足以及实践生存力较低等现实困境。为实现民族地区基础教育学生高质量发展,民族地区基础教育需构建学生可持续发展、内生式发展和共生化发展的理论模型,并注重教育主体的“回归”,开展文化传承教育和加强民族地区基础教育支持力度,以培养学生基础发展力、文化理解力和实践生存力,最终实现民族地区基础教育学生高质量发展。 Student development is the core issue of high-quality educational development.The high-quality development of students in basic education in ethnic minority areas is a factual and value judgment on the development of students'abilities and implicit abilities,implying the high-quality,high-level,and efficient development of students in three dimensions:basic developmental competence,cultural comprehension,and practical viability.Currently,the development of students in basic education in ethnic minority areas is facing practical dilemmas such as weak basic developmental competence,insufficient cultural comprehension,and low practical viability.To achieve the high-quality development of these students,basic education in ethnic minority areas needs to construct a theoretical model of students'sustainable development,endogenous development,and symbiotic development.It also needs to emphasize the"return"of educational subjects,carry out cultural inheritance education,and strengthen the support for basic education in ethnic minority areas,so as to cultivate students'basic developmental competence,cultural comprehension,and practical viability,and ultimately realize the high-quality development of students in basic education in ethnic minority areas.
