摘要
为解决坚硬岩石开采预裂孔传统封堵材料性能不足的问题,研发新型改性水泥浆并优化其配方。进行正交试验与响应面分析,确定最优组合配方。该改性水泥浆的抗压强度为48.6 MPa,渗透系数降至3.2×10^(-8)m/s,动态性能优异。数值模拟与现场试验结果表明,其封堵段完整性系数为0.91,爆破振动和飞石控制效果显著;虽然材料成本有所增加,但综合施工成本大幅降低,兼具经济效益与环境效益,可为坚硬岩石预裂爆破提供高效封堵方案。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient performance of traditional plugging materials for pre-splitting holes in hard rock mining,a new modified cement slurry is developed and its formula is optimized.Orthogonal test and response surface analysis are carried out to determine the optimal combination formula.The compressive strength of the modified cement slurry is 48.6 MPa,and the permeability coefficient is reduced to 3.2×10^(-8) m/s,demonstrating excellent dynamic performance.The results of numerical simulation and field test show that the integrity coefficient of the plugged section is 0.91,and the control effect of blasting vibration and flying rock is remarkable;although the material cost has been increased,the comprehensive construction costs have been greatly reduced,achieving both economic and environmental benefits,which can provide an efficient plugging scheme for hard rock pre-splitting blasting.
