刮板输送机链传动结构优化设计及应用

Optimization Design and Application of Chain Drive Structure for Scraper Conveyors

摘要 以矿用SGZ1000/1050型刮板输送机的链传动结构为研究对象,以7个关键结构的尺寸为优化对象,以结构的受力状态为优化目标,以最大应力为约束条件,在ANSYS Workbench软件中进行优化设计。优化结果表明,优化后结构的最大等效应力降低了7.36%,最大变形量降低了10.37%,且受力均匀性得到显著改善,应力集中点向链窝中心靠拢。将优化后的链传动结构应用到工程实践中,进行6个月的现场测试,应用结果表明,链传动结构循环寿命延长了15.2%,创造了良好的安全效益和经济效益。 Taking the chain drive structure of mine SGZ1000/1050 scraper conveyor as the research object,the dimension of seven key structures as the optimization object,the stress state of the structure as the optimization objective,and the maximum stress as the constraint condition,this paper conducts optimization design in ANSYS Workbench software.The optimization results show that the maximum equivalent stress of the optimized structure is reduced by 7.36%,the maximum deformation is reduced by 10.37%,the force uniformity is significantly improved,and the stress concentration point moves closely to the center of the chain nest.The optimized chain drive structure is applied to the engineering practice,and the field testing is carried out for 6 months.The application results show that the cycle life of the chain drive structure is extended by 15.2%,creating good safety and economic benefits.
