煤矿刮板输送机链轮失效分析及结构优化设计

摘要 以煤矿使用的SGB/420/40T型刮板输送机为研究对象,在简要介绍刮板输送机及驱动链轮结构问题的基础上,利用SolidWorkss和Abaqus软件建立了驱动链轮结构的有限元模型。分析发现,链齿链窝及齿根部位存在应力集中现象,是导致链窝严重磨损、齿根折断的主要原因。选取4个关键结构参数作为优化对象,设计了9组优化试验,通过对比研究确定了最优结构参数,使得链轮的最大应力降低了17.05%。将优化后的链轮应用到工程实践中,经过1年时间的现场运行,发现链轮结构故障率降低一半,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。 This study focuses on the SGB/420/40T scraper conveyor used in coal mines.After briefly introducing the structure of the scraper conveyor and its drive sprocket,a finite element model was established using SolidWorks and Abaqus software.Analysis revealed that stress concentration occurred at the chain tooth-tooth groove and root areas,which were identified as primary causes of severe groove wear and root fracture.Four critical structural parameters were selected for optimization,with nine experimental configurations designed.Comparative studies determined optimal parameters that reduced maximum sprocket stress by 17.05%.The optimized sprockets demonstrated a 50%decrease in structural failure rate during one year of field operation,generating significant economic benefits for the enterprise.
