摘要
当前,机电安装工程数字化交付存在标准不统一、流程不规范等问题,基于行业规范与实际需求,从技术与管理两个层面构建机电安装工程数字化交付标准体系。在技术层面制定数据标准与模型标准,以提高数据与模型的规范性、一致性和准确性;在管理层面明确交付流程标准与质量控制标准,以保障数字化交付有序进行。实践结果显示,该标准体系能提高工程质量、节约成本、缩短工期,为机电安装工程数字化交付规范化发展提供了有力支持。
Currently,there are some problems in the digital delivery of electromechanical installation engineering,such as inconsistent standards and non-standardized processes.Based on the industry norms and actual needs,the digital delivery standard system for electromechanical installation engineering is constructed at both technical and management levels.It formulates data standards and model standards at the technical level to improve the standardization,consistency and accuracy of data and models;it clearly defines the delivery process standards and quality control standards at the management level to ensure the orderly progress of digital delivery.The practice results show that the standard system can improve engineering quality,save costs,and shorten construction period,providing strong support for the standardized development of digital delivery of electromechanical installation engineering.
