摘要
为提高NF板型蓄热元件的换热性能,对蓄热元件的板型结构进行优化,在原结构的基础上增加具有气流扰动作用的球形凸起和沟槽设计。进行数值模拟,研究蓄热元件的换热效果,包括元件内部速度场和温度场分布,以及压力、阻力系数的变化规律。模拟结果表明,球形凸起板型蓄热元件的传热效果要优于沟槽板型蓄热元件,并且球形设计提高了流体的流动性能。
In order to improve the heat transfer performance of the NF plate-type heat storage elements,the plate structure of the heat storage elements is optimized.On the basis of the original structure,the spherical protrusion and groove design with the function of air flow disturbance is added.Numerical simulation is carried out to study the heat transfer effect of the heat storage elements,including the distribution of velocity field and temperature field inside the elements,as well as the variation laws of pressure and resistance coefficient.The simulation results show that the heat transfer effect of the spherical protrusion plate-type heat storage elements is better than that of the groove plate-type heat storage elements,and the spherical design improves the flow performance of the fluid.
