刮板薄膜蒸发器布液器的数值模拟及优化

摘要 采用流体动力学软件模拟研究不同转速、布液器结构(有无刮板)对液料流场分布及输运性能影响。结果表明:带有刮板的布液器,更有益于料液成膜及向下运输,刮板附近混合和输运效果增强;随转速增高,料液成膜效果和向下输运能力先增强后减弱,液团现象逐渐减弱至消失,布液器存在最佳旋转速度时料液沿壁平均流速为4 m/s,此时料液输运及成膜效果最佳。 The influence of different rotational speeds and that of the structure of the liquid distributor(with or without a scraper)on the distribution of the liquid flow field and the transportation performance were simulated and studied by using fluid dynamics software.The results show that,the distributor with a scraper is more beneficial for the film formation of the material liquid and its downward transportation,and the mixing and transportation effects near the scraper are enhanced.As the rotational speed increases,the film-forming effect of the material liquid and its downward transport capacity becomes enhanced first and then weaken.The liquid cluster phenomenon gradually becomes weak until it disappears.When the distributor has an optimal rotational speed,the average flow rate of the material liquid along the wall is 4 m/s,and the liquid transport and film-forming effect are the best at this point.
